潘荠现任Airbnb中国的运营负责人。他在硅谷和中国服务过一大批跨国公司及本土创业企业，并积累了非常丰富的经验，在宝洁、PayPal、一号店等公司担任过高级管理层的角色。在加入Airbnb之前，Sean是麦当劳中国的数字副总裁。Sean拥有南加州大学马歇尔商学院的MBA学位，以及文学学士学位。

Sean Pan heads operations for Airbnb China. He has accumulated rich experience in both Silicon Valley and China working for a number of multi-national companies as well as Chinese local start-ups, holding senior managerial roles in Procter & Gamble, PayPal, Yihaodian.com, and others. Before joining Airbnb,Sean was the Vice President of Digital for McDonald’s China.
