Grace oversees the TNS business in China with the automotive business represented by the TNS Sinotrust brand and FMCG, technology & services business represented by the TNS China brand. In total, TNS employs close to 600 staff in China who all strive to deliver value to clients by acting as strategic decision-making partners that help find growth amidst rapid change.
Grace joined TNS as MD for Malaysia in August 2012 and has powered significant growth for TNS in the market. In 2014, Grace assumed responsibility for integrating Sinotrust into TNS, and assumed leadership of the integrated business as CEO in Jan 2015. She extended that leadership across the rest of the TNS China business on 1 July 2015.
Grace has worked with a wide variety of clients spanning Financial Services, Technology, CPG, Automotive and Public Enterprises. In addition to client leadership, Grace was the Consumer Insights leader in Nielsen Singapore. Prior to Nielsen, Grace headed Customized Research at The Asian Banker, providing consumer insight, strategic consulting and performance benchmarking services to leading banks and technology companies across APAC.
Grace earned her PhD in Economics from Imperial College London, UK.
