叶慈平于 2013 年初加入天联/天时数字广告公司,领导其在大中华地区的业务。在这两年里不停加强天时在数字营销的专业度也取得非常好的业务发展与行业口碑。 他在数字营销方面拥有丰厚的经验,在过去的 18 年里,他为众多国际品牌在数字传播领域里进行了有效的革新并创造了许多成功的案例。他的工作经验包括他在美国工作的 6 年,而后 4 年在中国担任区域创意人员,最近的 8 年他则致力于发展广告公司。 叶慈平在中国数字行业里拥有非常高的口碑和知名度。他白手起家在上海创立了安捷达数字广告公司,并使其成为发展最为迅速、最优秀的数字广告代理公司之一,在 2008 年被 WPP 收购。 在加入天时前,他担任伟门和安捷达的中国董事总经理,管理其中国地区所有的办公室和主要大客户,并且负责其合伙人关系。鉴于他优秀的经验和简历,在相关行业的活动中,他经常被邀请作为演讲人和评审。在安捷达期间,他与天联合作负责过大量的跨国企业客户。 叶慈平是作为一名创意人员开启他职业生涯的。在工作早期,他获得过众多的奖项。他拥有位于洛杉矶帕萨迪纳的最具盛名的艺术中心设计学院的荣誉学士学位。他还是上海艺术中心协会的校友大使。除此之外,他个人还是威士忌、葡萄酒爱好者。

Clement joined BBDO Proximity in early 2013 to lead its business in the Greater China region. Since Clement took the leadership role, Proximity China has improved significantly in digital solution offering, new clients and operating result in recent two years. Clement is a veteran in digital marketing business. He has spent the last 20 years in digital communication to help innovate and succeed many campaigns for International brands. His experience include 6 years in the U.S., 4 years in regional creative role and the last 10 years to develop agency footprint in China. Clement is one of the most recognized and well-known figures in the digital industry in China having founded and built up AGENDA in Shanghai from scratch to become one of the leading and fastest growing digital agencies before its acquisition by WPP in 2008. Before Proximity, he was Managing Director of Wunderman & AGENDA where he oversaw and managed all of the 5 China offices. Owing to his experience and profile, he is frequently invited to be a presenter or a judge at industry events. Clement started his career as a creative which he received numerous awards during his early career. Clement received his honor BA degree from the most prestige Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Los Angeles. He’s also the Alumni Ambassador for the Art Center Shanghai Chapter, a whisky, wine and Chinese antique lover.
