Xavier has more than 20 years experiences in ad creatives and management. He was among the first crowd of marketing graduates and worked as a film reporter. He started his career from Ogilvy, as an editor, and headed creative teams of Bates, M&C, Saatchi, LOWE, JWT, WE,etc. and served clients from automobile brands (Volkswagen, GM, BMW, Ford, lincoln, Mercedes Benz), Real Estate developer (Hutchison Whampoa, Capitaland), Tourism Agents and Hotels (Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday inn, Tourism New Zealand), Media Publisher(iWeekly), and FMCG brands(Unilever, Wyeth, Nestel, Coca Cola). He also has insights on building luxury brands.
